Where is your Service Department located?
As the slogan says we're at I10 & Ray, so those are the major crossroads.
Once you get there we are slightly North of Ray Road and East of I10 (you can see Ray Road and I10 from our backyard) but the actual street we are on is 54th Street in Chandler. The physical address is 1150 N 54th Street Chandler, AZ 85226. When you pull into the dealership from 54th Street just veer slightly left and pull right into our Service Department. When you get here please feel free to enjoy the Freeway Continental Café where you can enjoy complimentary snacks and refreshments.
Do I need an Appointment?
An appointment for Service is not necessary and we don't turn people away so you should know that you're always welcome. We strive to provide a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. Scheduling a Service Appointment however, is easy and does have benefits to you: An appointment can help your Service Consultant with the scheduling of technician availability, advise you of the best times for quick check in and in some cases give the parts department advance notice for parts requisitions, all of which help us get you back on the road as quickly as possible. In addition appointments aid your Service Consultant in providing you the highest quality personalized service.

Can I get a ride to work?
Freeway has a shuttle van that travels a 7 mile radius from the dealership. Our friendly driver will see that you arrive safely at your destination! The shuttle runs are at; 7:00, 8:30, 9:30, 10:30, 12:30, 2:00, 3:00.
Do you have Rental Cars?
Freeway Chevrolet has recently put into service a variety of brand new Chevrolet Service Loaners for qualified repairs. (See your Service Consultant for details.)
In addition to the Service Loaners we have an Enterprise Rent-a-Car office that extends preferred rates to Freeway Chevrolet customers and is the GM factory preferred vendor for qualified alternate transportation warranty repairs.
Will I pay more to have my car repaired at a Dealership?
Your repair should be very competitively priced with other facilities. Our shop labor rate is among the lowest in the valley! We utilize standard estimating manuals to determine the labor amounts charged. Additionally, you can depend on receiving quality repairs made by the people who know your Chevrolet best! Additionally, most parts and service carry a 12 month 12,000 mile guarantee good at any GM dealer across the nation!
I just need to get my oil changed. Will I have to wait very long?
At Freeway, we understand the value of your time! We have a quick service department for your minor service needs. Located just south of our main service entrance, the Quick Service Department can perform oil changes, tire rotations, transmission and different lubrication services, and the like. Many of these services can be performed while you wait!
I received a questionnaire after my last visit. Is it important that I fill it out?
Chevrolet sends out surveys to check on the performance of their dealers. It is very important that you take the time to fill out the survey carefully. These surveys are your opportunity to let the manufacturers and dealers know how you feel about your new vehicle and the quality of repairs that you received. After all... It's our customer's that make our business a pleasure! We want you to be Completely Satisfied with us at Freeway!
