I made an appointment to repair a recall on my 2015 Chevy Spark and oil change and tire rotation was very pleased with the service I received and The Service Advisor Tyler Pantana.
They are amazing and getting you in and out for an oil change. I was probably less than thirty minutes

Mark Turner is very helpful when it comes to servicing my vehicle. He always goes over everything that is needed to keep my vehicle on the road. He has been my service manager from the start that I bought my vehicle at Coulter and when he left there I found him at Freeway and glad I did.

I do not normally get my oil changed in a shop. My husband normally does it. And I know it can be done in 30 minutes. We were sent the wrong oil and I wanted to get my oil changed before heading up north to go camping. I made an appointment for 9:30 am. I arrived about 5 minutes early and was immediately informed if had at least an hour and a half wait and that 5 cars were in front of me. I waited 2 and a half hours and I had to track down my service advisor to get an update on my truck. He never once gave me an update in 2 and a half hours. I understand that things get busy but I should not of had to wait over two hours when I had a scheduled appointment. The oil for my truck is not available at all shops so I’m limited on where I can go. The fact that I had to wait so long and I was never updated by my service advisor until I hunted him down will guarantee that I never schedule an oil change at your location again. Someone should not have to wait that long when they have an appointment. I was almost late picking my kids up from school and my appointment was at 9:30 am. Scheduling changes need to be made.
I had an inoperable Automatic Seat Adjuster (2-Seat Memory Setting). Clayton Mahon, Main Line Service Advisor, and Jacob Golder, Lead Tech, went above and beyond in diagnosing the root cause! They could have taken the easy route, treated the symptom & recommended replacing the pricy motor under the seat or the door switch. No, they put the customer first, stayed after closing hours & discovered the root cause was a simple bad ground wire connection. Thank you Clayton & Jacob!!
very fast thourgh for my ac broke where other dealers were two weeks behind i was taken in same day and notified of progress and even given a ride home i love these guys if all dealerships could be that way the world would be a better place thank you a costomer for life

I traditionally avoid GM dealers. Freeway is a sponsor of Corvette Club of AZ. I purchased this Vette Feb 13. Headbeam was dead, manual says dealer repair. Headbeam O/S +2 other issues. Return to next day to fix. I live in AJ. A few miles. Excellent CS & will return. My other car is a 04 LeMans coupe.

Was a long time, took all day (0730-1630 hours). But salesmen (Devin & Malkum) were great, fed us @ noon. Didn’t get previews of bells and whistles.

I took my Blazer to the dealer in Gilbert where I purchased it because the check engine light came on. After waiting 2 days for the soonest appointment available and not being able to drive the car, when I arrived to the service department I was told they would need to keep the car for a week before they could even get to it to evaluate the check engine light that was on! After that, it could be up to 2 weeks before they could get any parts and get them scheduled to be installed. Thankfully I came back here instead. My Service Advisor, David Betz had the car in, fixed and returned within 24 hours! David and your service team/mechanics are truly AMAZING! Thank you so much for saving me a lot of headache and runaround. You are very much appreciated.
